The terms governing the purchase and use of Capita Kit digital products.

1. Identification

This website is owned by Capita Kit (capitakit.com), NIF 252881184, with registered office at [MORADA]. Contact: info@capitakit.com · telephone 21 319 8900. Hereinafter referred to as "Capita Kit".

2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products (spreadsheets, templates and files) made available through this website.

3. Purchase and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Capita Kit does not store your card details. The prices shown include any applicable taxes, where due.

4. Delivery

The products are digital. Once payment is confirmed, you receive the access and download link by email, normally immediately and within 24 hours at the latest.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under the law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery begins with your prior and express consent. Even so, Capita Kit voluntarily offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Licence of use

The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files. You may not resell, redistribute or make the files publicly available, in whole or in part.

7. Limitation of liability

The files are provided for personal organisation and management purposes. Capita Kit does not provide financial, tax or accounting advice and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of their use.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Portuguese law applies. In the event of a consumer dispute you may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution body. Further information at consumidor.gov.pt. Complaints Book available at livroreclamacoes.pt.
