Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

If the pack does not match what you expected, you have up to 14 days after purchase to request a full refund, with no hassle.

How to request one

Simply reply to your purchase email, or write to info@capitakit.com stating the email used for the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Processing time

Once approved, the refund is processed through Stripe and may take between 5 and 10 working days to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank.

Notes

• The refund is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Once the refund is issued, the licence to use the files ends.
